Public and Account Access
Common tasks
Explore public information
Use public vault, manager, issuer, reporter, partner, and opportunity pages to review the offered terms. Public visibility does not imply participation or mutation rights.
Sign in or create an account
Use the supported account choice and sign-in method. Confirm email, company, institution, or wallet context through the selected path before entering a restricted workspace.
Recover access
Use the account recovery or entity-authority recovery path appropriate to the lost credential or wallet. Account password recovery does not replace onchain ownership recovery.
Review the right permissions
An authenticated account, a verified investor, an entity member, and an authorized transaction signer have different scopes. Check the current capability and object-specific role.
Your operating scope
The current account, entity, network, and object-specific role determine the available controls. A workspace label, saved display role, or public record does not grant transaction authority.
Find a page or control
Open Public and Account Access pages and controls for application locations, conditional inputs, and source-defined action families.
Before changing authority
Read Roles and permissions. Ownership, pending ownership, operational roles, signers, and payout recipients have distinct scopes.
When a task is blocked
Use Troubleshooting for validation, stale or missing data, pending operations, expired items, and changed permissions.
