Withdrawal Policy
Locate the exit controls
Open Vault → Settings → Limits & Access and review Withdrawal Policy. Facility-specific withdrawal-rate settings live in the facility's Rate Limits tab.
Review the policy
- Redemption Notice: the configured notice affecting the supported exit path.
- Withdrawal Rate Limit: the amount and timing constraint exposed by the saved policy.
- Liquidity Guidance: projected asset-liquidity context, including notice, source, and liquidity buffer where available.
Guidance describes the projected asset context. It is not a promise that requested cash will be immediately available.
Understand a queued exit
TORQ uses native asynchronous FIFO redemptions. The committed request and its claim state govern the exit; submitting a request does not guarantee immediate payment.
Review Queue for claim order, available cash, payout limits, and fulfillment. Do not describe native queue support as ERC-7540 compliance without the corresponding adapter surface.
Review and verify the change
Open Workspace Update and check the vault, selected facility, changed values, and signing wallet. Metadata-only updates and updates that include an onchain write have different execution steps.
Complete the required approval or wallet action. Wait for the saved value to appear, reopen the same record, and reload. A wallet confirmation alone does not establish the final saved state.
If the saved value has not updated, check the operation status and freshness before resubmitting. Keep the original transaction or request reference to avoid duplicating a pending action.
