Proceeds and Controls
How Asset Managers review side-pocket proceeds, performance fees, pauses, claims, and canonical activity for V3 recovery funds.
The Asset Manager workspace records realized quote value, workout payments, performance-fee claims, fee terms, and operational pauses for each assigned fund. The originating vault's loss recovery remains separate.
Proceeds and performance fees

Each side pocket retains the fee terms from its funding epoch. A performance fee is limited to realized quote value above the side pocket's cost basis plus its time-based preferred return. The Asset Manager can claim only the accrued fee amount that the fund calculates for the configured recipient.
Pauses

| Claim pause | Stops the defined idle, quote-proceeds, or in-kind claim scope for its bounded period. |
Pauses are protocol controls. The Asset Manager reviews their scope, status, expiry, and evidence in the Settings section; it must not describe a paused action as completed or available.
Claims and in-kind distributions
The Asset Manager's operations role can enable a defined in-kind claim amount and deadline for a side pocket when the required approval is present. Investors then claim their own permitted pro-rata amount. After the deadline, finalization releases the unclaimed reservation back to the side pocket. The Asset Manager does not claim investor proceeds on an investor's behalf.
Activity and audit state
The Activity section records confirmed fund events with their date and transaction reference. Use it with the canonical inventory rows to confirm a sale, auction, RFQ, workout, pause, claim, or fee operation. It is the source for operational review, not a substitute for the permission check required before an action.
