Recover access
Before you start
Confirm the account or public information context. Public visibility does not confer investor eligibility, organization membership, or transaction authority.
Follow the task
-
Choose account recovery for a lost sign-in credential, or the supported entity-authority recovery flow for a lost operating wallet.
-
Complete the checks and approvals required by the selected recovery path.
-
Verify restored sign-in and effective entity authority separately before resuming operations.

Check the outcome
After a change, use its operation or transaction reference to find the saved record. Reload before relying on new values.
A pending approval or signature shows progress. Check the action-specific result described in the procedure.
Resolve a blocked task
Check the active account, entity, network, authority, required saved dependencies, validation, and data freshness. If an operation is already pending, inspect it before submitting another action.
