Torq Developer Platform is currently a controlled Developer Preview. Use the current platform status and compatibility policy before making an availability, production, or package-publication assumption.

Include these details in a support request

1. The x-request-id or API error requestId.
2. The environment, chain ID, and timestamp.
3. The workflow request ID or transaction hash when relevant.
4. The error code and blocked reason.

Do not include a secret key, wallet-session token, signed challenge, seed phrase, private key, or raw customer credential.
