The public documentation is complete for the checked-in contract; credentials, hosted environments, SDK distribution, and production scopes remain controlled Developer Preview surfaces.

Operate and upgrade
Use the Developer Console for approved organization membership and preview
controls. Use platform status, the changelog, and the
compatibility policy as the release contract. Unavailable capabilities
return capability_not_ready; they never fall back to arbitrary calldata or undocumented authority.
